Bigbasket Experience

Five projects from my experience at BigBasket: redesigning the Doors service-selector page to fix brand perception and navigation issues (100+ screens prototyped, tested with 50+ users); a content-and-conversion redesign proposal for theBeautystore's product description page; new iOS screens and an age-verification flow for bbNow's Paan Corner launch; a login and OTP redesign that shipped to production; and an in-progress overhaul of the post-delivery feedback experience.
